The Sammy-Ofer Stadium - also known as Haifa International Stadium - is a football stadium in Haifa, Israel. The 30,858-seat stadium replaces the old Kiryat Eliezer Stadium. It hosts Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Haifa matches.

Sammy Ofer (February 22, 1922 in Galati, Romania – June 3, 2011 in Tel Aviv) was an Israeli businessman, co-founder of the international shipping group, Ofer Brothers. He donated $20 million USD for the construction of the stadium.
