Who is Sammy Ofer?

Sammy Ofer (February 22, 1922 in Galati, Romania – June 3, 2011 in Tel Aviv) was an Israeli businessman, co-founder of the international shipping group, Ofer Brothers. He donated $20 million USD for the construction of the stadium.
