The soccer stadium includes 11,000 seats under a roof, and a natural grass playing field grown on site[5]. In addition to the stadium’s soccer field, the construction also includes three fields that will be used solely for training sessions (two natural grass and one artificial grass).
Guldfågeln Arena cost approximately SEK 250 million and was financed jointly by Kalmar FF, Kalmar Municipality and the real estate company Sveafastigheter. Guldfågeln Arena replaced Fredriksskans as Kalmar FF’s home ground.
